Easy Sharing
Easily share content from virtually anywhere, whether it's a file, link, video, or something else.
Quickly pull content from services like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or upload content from your computer using our simple drag-and-drop interface as well as with our Chrome browser extension.
Action Items
Checklists: Create a to-do list that is attatched to a shared content piece. The member who has completed the task can then check it off the list.
Polling: Create a poll to ask for the feedback or opinion of your team members which will then be attached to the specific shared content piece.
Admin Controls
Admins control team permissions and can specify whether everyone can invite team members or if inviting is restricted to admins only, as well as who can create new channels.
For moderation purposes many team admins will not allow team members to create private channels.
Private & Public Channels
Team members can create channels that are public so everyone in the team is able to see it. Team members can request to be invited to private channels.
Private channels are only visible to the team members in the channel. Public channels are not searchable by anyone else in the team.
Tagging
In order to organize your content better, add tags to each shared content piece. Add a hashtag that is relevant to the content.
The hashtags then become searchable, so every content piece with that specific hashtag will be presented.
Commenting, Liking & Bookmarking
Team members can comment on, like and bookmark shared content, allowing for discussions that are organized and easily referenced at any time.
You can "@" a specific team member to send them a push notificationor "@everyone" to notify all the team members in the channel.
